Processing Time

All orders are processed during our normal business hours. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.

Graphic apparel and made-in-house items may require additional processing time, as these pieces are made to order.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

For orders $100 and under, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Free shipping does not apply to gift cards unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the carrier and destination. Most orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. OliviaGrace & Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, OliviaGrace & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for updates or assistance with tracking.
